Staff have great knowledge and like to share it :-). Thomas spent time letting me know everything i would need setting up new fish tank. Tank was delivered promptly the next morning. And delivery staff explained basic set up. Thanks very much

Kenny our tri colour border collie had his pre summer groom here on friday, 15th nov. Went in with heavy coat and came out with very good groom. Was settled and content. Staff were careing and good attitude to deal with. 2nd time/year we have used the service here. Thanks for obviously taking pride in your work.

My forever pet store now, spoke with a team member who was very informative about flea and tick treatments and kitty litter for my three cats……went out of her way to be very accomodating to my questions, this employee deserves an employee of the year award…I have worked in retail off and on for over 25 years and its great to see that there are those still out there that care about their job. Helped me with the items to the car and it truely was a pleasant and wonderful experience that is rare these days. Its a larger store so it has everything that is needed for me…..wont attend any other store now….

Love this store close too home my furbaby & i used the diy dogwash she'd never been before i was expecting her too freak out from the sound of the dryer but she was so content we'll definitely be using it again , photo says it all happy babe happy mum 😍 …

Excellent customer service and product knowledge. Ned listened to my concerns, took his time explaining the best product to match my dogs needs. The store was neat, tidy and well stocked. Would highly recommend visiting this store, well done team
